Guests have access to the full home, pool, and yard, and is exclusively yours during your stay. Unwind, relax, and make yourself at home.
Other things to note:
● We encourage all renters to purchase travelers’ insurance to help with life's unexpected.
● No family pets are allowed. We appreciate those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If an unauthorized pet is present, you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove allergens.
● No events, events, or loud music are allowed in the home. Please note, the city's peaceful hours are from 10pm-7am.
● This home is two levels with all rooms on the second level, except the 1st-floor additional bedroom, which is accessed through the garage.
● This home is located on the fairway of the fashionable Seascape Golf Course. The property host is not liable for any damage or injury caused by errant golf balls. Appreciate the serene vistas, but exercise caution when spending time outdoors.
● Pool is private to the home with no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk.
● Pool maintenance and lawn service are finished regularly at the property, but not on a specific day of the week. They may arrive during your stay but will do their best not to disturb you.
● This home is surrounded by handsome trees. Therefore, the trees will shed leaves into the pool. The pool is cleaned and maintained weekly, but leaves will still be found in the pool. A skimmer net is available to remove between formal cleanings.
● This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
● If you are under the age of 25, have no reviews on your profile or if your rating is below 5 stars, we may decline your booking request, cancel your reservation, and/or require a signed rental agreement
● Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $50 if you depart 30 mins. late and a charge of $50 for every 30 mins. thereafter unless complimentary check-out has been granted by the host prior.
