Upper level - contains the living area with a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, and Nintendo Wii, a kitchen with bar looking out over the ocean (seating for 4), dining area with seating for 6, two bedrooms (2 kings), a freshly remodeled full bath and (2024) living room furnishings. Also located on this level is a sunroom with comfortable seating accepting you to relax and appreciate the great ocean vistas seen from this beach bungalow.

Ground level - Great area for teenagers and young adults - contains a game room with pool table, TV, and futon, bedroom with queen and a full bath.
