Welcome to Better Sand at Sea Dunes by KEES Vacations!
Your 2-story townhome right across from the beach provides an getaway of relaxation during your Outer Banks vacation. The first level features an luxury that is very sought-after - an enclosed garage! In addition to that, you will also find your laundry area.
Both bedrooms are located on the second level. One bedroom features a King bed En Suite with a private balcony with a porch swing. It's a great spot to sip your morning coffee or savor some peaceful conversation. The second bedroom is a Queen En Suite.
As you reach the top of the stairs to the great room, you are greeted by a wall of windows leading out to another balcony. Perhaps a meal al fresco is in order! The great room is bright and cheerful, with coastal colors and wood accents. The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV invites you all to sit down and appreciate the latest summer blockbuster together.
Also on the third level is the efficient kitchen completely equipped with everything needed to create a fabulous meal or a simple snack - with a view of the ocean while you make it. The open layout with two stools at the breakfast bar ensures the prepare is always part of the conversation! The dining table seats 4 and is the ideal place to recount the day's fun and plan the evening's adventures! If you'd like to take your meal outdoors, the community gazebo features tables and chairs.
