With a Covered Patio and Charcoal Grille, the Ground Level is the ideal place to savor the delicious smell of ocean breezes while you grille up some fresh, local North Carolina seafood. When you get back from the beach, you can comfortably rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower and then dry off in the sun on the Ground-Level Deck with constructed-in benches. You'll also find the Laundry with a Washer/Dryer on this level, which makes getting the sand out of those beach towels fast and simple so that you're spending less time prepping and more time with your toes in the sand.
