Welcome to The Farmer's Sun! This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath reverse floor plan home offers a calming ambiance with fun supplied! Appreciate ocean and golf course vistas from the top of the crow's nest, relax or play in your private in-ground pool, or appreciate a game of air hockey in the lower level game room! The Farmer's Sun is sure to be your family's new favorite destination.
The space
The whole home is available to you with the exception of one outdoor owners closet, one indoor owners closet, and the two locked sheds on the property.
The home is equipped with intelligent TVs so you can savor you favorite shows from Hulu, Netflix, etc. Bring your passwords.

Additional rules
Minimum age for booking is 24 years old. Guests under this age must be accompanied by a guest 24 years or older or be pre-approved.
Trash days are Monday and Thursday. You will need to put trash out the nighttime before in sizable trash cans located under car port. Please place trash bins across the street to be collected, once emptied place them back under the car port. Additionally, all trash cans must be emptied at check out and placed in the huge trash cans supplied.
For the comfort of all guests we have a strict no pet and no smoking policy.
Thermostat should be returned to 72 degrees at checkout.
All dishes should be washed and put away, and pool/patio furnishings should be returned to it's original position.
