Welcome to the Sea Glass Shack by KEES Vacations!
This new 4-Bedroom, 3-and-a-half bath home, with an additional sleeping option on the ground floor, is located in the beautiful Southern Shores area of the Outer Banks. The impressive decor, modern touches to this home (check out those handsome floors!) and the spaciousness will allow you to appreciate the best vacation ever! The beach is close by and by being in Southern Shores, you are close to great eateries, shopping, and activities.
Guests at this home will be able to savor all of the amenities of the Southern Shores Civic Association. This includes access to all 33 beach access walkways and dune crossovers in Southern Shores. Also, this property is steps away from the intersection at Hillcrest Drive and a short 5-min. walk to the beach parking area which has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches and a viewing platform. Both the beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. A volleyball court has been constructed at this site as well. Please also enjoy the Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail which includes a kids's playground, picnic tables, charcoal grille, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a calming sandy beach. You will also be able to visit the Sunset Platform on North Dogwood Trail includes a seating area overlooking a sandy beach, a great spot for sunset viewings!
On the first level, there is a Full-size bedroom, Full Hall Bathroom, and a washer and dryer.
Step on up to the second level and you will find a King En Suite, a delightful kitchen area with an island, the Living Room, Dining Area, and Half Bathroom. The modern beachy feel of this home will provide complete relaxation for everybody.
Continue upstairs to the third level and find a Queen Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms w/ 2 Trundles, and a Jack and Jill Full Bathroom. There is plenty of sleeping space and numerous options for where to sleep!
Appreciate the comfortable and welcoming furnishings on the new broad deck. Grab a book and your favorite drink while you listen to the tranquility of the Outer Banks. You'll be located amongst the trees giving you a complete feeling of relaxation and a sense of privacy.
Spend the nighttime hanging out in the backyard in the comfortable Adirondack chairs and firepit, a picnic table, and a charcoal grille for the grille master in the group. There is an additional covered picnic table to enjoy as well.
Rinse the beach or lotion off your body in the outdoor shower.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach.
