The bungalow is a 4 min. drive to the nearest public beach access with complimentary parking. The entrance to Seascape Golf Links is right down the road. You're just around the corner from grocery stores, shopping, and a short drive to some of our best eateries!
The neighborhood is a peaceful family community. Behind our home is a patch of woods that ensures privacy and peaceful vistas from the bedrooms. This area is golf cart and pedestrian friendly and sunset strolls are splendid!
