You'll have a great time at this comfortable refreshed bungalow on private lot! Located in a highly sought after community in the heart of Duck Village- Bayberry Bluffs. Simple walk to fine dining, gourmet markets, specialty stores, yoga, coffee homes, soundfront boardwalk (0.2 mile away), & beach (0.4 mile away)! Appreciate morning coffee or evening beverages on the sizable west facing deck & broad screen porch. From the end of the driveway you can view the beach flag -Walk, ride your bicycle/golf cart!
The space
The idyllic setting to appreciate all Duck and OBX has to offer! As you pull up to the completely remodeled beach bungalow, you will notice a convenient ground level entrance that leads into living/game room, refrigerator/counter space, full bath, laundry room, and two bedrooms with no steps to contend with! Go up to first level to access the additional three bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room, screened in porch, and two addional bathrooms. There is a huge outdoor porch facing the private wooded lot and outdoor shower at ground level.
