On top of the ocean vistas from your crow's nest, you'll also appreciate a short walk (5-min./0.2-miles) to the nearest beach access on Balchen St.
There are two driveways and a carport beneath each side of the home providing plenty of parking space. A modest laundry room downstairs contains a washer and dryer. Before coming inside after a fun day of splashing in the waves, you can effortlessly rinse off in the outdoor shower. Pick up a few burgers at the grocery store and throw them on the charcoal grille for an painless summer cookout!
Walk into the roomy great room with comfortable furnishings, nautical touches and plenty of natural light shining in through the huge windows and sliding deck doors.
