Perfectly located in Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and only 150 yards to the roomy beach. An painless breezy walk with your morning coffee to catch the sunrise then effortlessly walk back to the home for breakfast. The beach access is wide with no oceanfront properties to the immediate south, giving you tons of sand space!

The home is always improving from the pool to the pergola to the quartz countertops to the new floor. Outside has plenty of polywood seating, decking, and shade and inside is clean, fresh and has plenty of natural lighting.

Located just one street behind the oceanfront, Lindbergh Avenue is coveted for its cozy, family and dog friendly ambiance. Although you are visiting on a sandbar, you can still appreciate bicycle rides and handsome walks up and down this neighborhood street. You will be walking distance to oceanfront dining at Ocean Boulevard and a local favorite, Art's Place, for live entertainment, breakfast, and burgers! Rundown Cafe also has oceanview seating. Take a bicycle ride to Duck Donuts or High Cotton BBQ!

Spring and Fall are fantastic weather months with some flexibility on check-in/out days. Just ask if your preferred dates aren't showing up. No Dog Fee. No Cleaning Fee. No Linen Fee. No Anything Fee. Free Pool Heat for Spring and Fall.

Summer prime weeks are Friday-Friday weekly units only. Arrive any time after 4:00pm and wake up Saturday morning at the beach! Your beds are made and your door code is ready to use!

We understand the financial investment you are making into your vacation, so we want to be sure you are getting what you pay for. All our photos are current and continue to be updated. There may be some slight changes (improvements) to the decor as we replace or update along the way. Since we keep a weekly video on file, we can provide you with an up-to-date accounting of any changes. Our promise is that we deliver what we say we do. What you see is what you get...well actually what you see in person is far better as this property's amenities, proximity to the beach and clean appearance are hard to describe!

Here it is! A Family Favorite with Pool and Hot Tub, Turf for Cornhole Play or Cartwheels, Side Yard for dog business, and less than a 90 second walk to the wide and cavernous Wilkins St. beach access! There is a giant Pergola over the turf and tall enough not to interfere with your cornhole game! Lots of shade options, too!

The ocean is so close you can see it and hear it from the home! And the beach access point is just around the corner on the residential Wilkins St with a generous entrance and miles of gorgeous beach just waiting for you! Grab your coffee to catch the sunrise then return for some breakfast and to gather the rest of your crew. Beach chairs and a beach cart make the safe and simple "stumbling distance" walk to the beach a breeze.

Appreciate the dolphins, sand pipers, loons and pelicans throughout the day and in the morning and evening keep your eyes fixed on the sand and be entertained by the busy ghost crabs. Stay as long as you like or leave and return at your leisure. The home and the beach are THAT close and convenient! When you are ready to depart, pack up your supplies and roll them back in the balloon wheeled beach cart which is located in the laundry/utility room.

Upon your return, rinse off your sandy feet in the spacious outdoor shower and head through the gate to that exhilarating, shining blue pool. Or sit under the deck in the shade and take a plunge whenever you want. When it's time to eat, savor a well-equipped kitchen and gas grille to make the day complete. You can choose to eat near the pool or take cover from the sun on the front deck table or at the picnic table on the front platform deck under the home. After the meal, head back to the beach and play frisbee, fly a kite, take a walk as the tide rolls in, or simply gaze in the sand and watch the ghost crabs scurry as they come out to clean their homes, wet their gills and snag a little dinner themselves.

As the evening darkens, flip the switch to enjoy patio lights under the home and in the pool area. And don't forget to turn on the pool light and pick your pool water color! Feeling chilly? Head into the hot tub for a calming soak before bed.

This excellent "H" style home located on the highly beautiful Lindbergh Ave in Kitty Hawk is less than 150 yards to direct beach access of miles of family and dog friendly beach! The open and spacious living, dining and kitchen is centrally located with two bedrooms on both sides. On one side, the King bedroom shares a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with Twin and Full Beds. On the other side of the living area is a full hall bathroom (no tub) along with a Queen Bedroom and the two Twin Bedroom. Two front sliding doors give you access to a home length front deck where you can outdoor dine and see and hear the ocean. The huge back deck leads to the keyless entry door as well as marvelous sunset skies.

Underneath the home you will find a cool entertainment space with a platform deck and outdoor lighting that is great for relaxing, escaping the sun or even escaping the rain! There's a fun "Selfie Station" and a fish cleaning table for all your freshly caught meals. The back of the home is where you will find the BBQ gas grille, Hot Tub, Turf with Cornhole, and of course the Pool and another break area under the back deck

There is a convenient Laundry/Utility room with a full-size washer and dryer, an additional full-size refrigerator/freezer, sand toys, bicycles, chairs, and a beach cart. This is also a great space to store your suitcases and coolers for the week. A keyless entry to this room provides additional security.

Lindbergh Avenue has sidewalks for walking or chalk art, is a safe street for running, walking your dogs, or riding bicycles. The property's back yard backs up to a peaceful access road for peaceful strolls as well.

Whether you want to spend a full day at the beach or come and go at your pace; whether you appreciate to worship the sun or admire it from under cover; if you appreciate being at the beach and close to everything, this home will check all those boxes.

You will be in the heart of sweet Kitty Hawk in the Outer Banks; the northern most of the southern beaches. This makes it an ideal central location to visit any northern or southern towns and activities. There's no need to go far with ample shopping, eateries, grocery stores and drug stores close by. Walk or bicycle ride to Art's Place for striking breakfast pancakes or their coveted burgers! Savor an outside beverage or delicious meal at Ocean Boulevard. Pick up some donuts at Duck Donuts. Bring your dog and your appetite to Shipwreck's and enjoy live music, outdoor dining with an ocean view or indoor sports viewing at the bar. You have to try their Shrimp Burger!

Not only is this home ideal for families, but it's also ideal for those wanting to bring an additional friend or two. With the option of sleeping up to eight guests, there is plenty of space to feel connected yet comfortable. (Kids in diapers may allow up to 9 guests.)

NOTE: Pool, Hot Tub and property are reserved for use by the registered guests only. No exceptions. Keep in mind, the Pool Heater* is only capable of heating water about 10 degrees above ambient temperature.

We expect our guests to treat our home with respect and care and all damages are the guest responsibility. Any damage or misuse of the property requiring financial compensation to the owners will be pursued by all legal means available. Sheets and Bed Making prior to your arrival is included. Bath Towels are supplied but you'll need bring or rent pool/beach towels. See Rental Agreement for more details. Extra pillows, blankets, quilts, etc. are also supplied.

1. There are no check-out chores other than to have all your dishes cleaned and put away and to take your trash out.

2. There are 15 steps to enter the home. The home is easy one level living but there are deck steps to enter.
