Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac tucked away in the trees. Sound-front beach access just a two-min. walk away. Close to great eateries, shopping and of course THE BEACH!

**This home is a duplex style layout, your rental is located on the ground level of the home. The cool thing is there is no one above you except a deck and that deck is blocked off for no use to the other apartment. Your apartment is 100% private for you and not shared with anyone. The other apartment is also rented on Airbnb or Vacation Rental By Owner so feel complimentary to reach out to us if you need a bigger apartment!

**There is an exterior security camera on this property.

CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN:

- Check In is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish the home early we will send you the check in information as soon as the home is ready. We can not guarantee the home will be ready early or a specific check in time. Please plan accordingly!

- Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in a timely manor we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction costs if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
- The beach just a few blocks from the home so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are numerous complimentary parking beach accesses within a 2 min. drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!

IS THERE A GRILL?
- Unfortunately No. Due to wind we do not allow grilles.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
- Beach Towels.
- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need outside of what we provide.
- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide.

ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?
- Trio, our favorite wine and cheese bar is just up the street within walking distance! They offer wine, beer, cheese, tapas, and sandwiches.
- There are many well known eateries within a five min. drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernies, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos.

DO YOU HAVE A TEA POT?
- Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!

Located in Kitty Hawk, this apartment is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve. Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting.
