All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

• Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
• On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.

If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
