Unwind and savor the best the Outer Banks offers at the cavernous, bespoke-constructed home located in the town of Southern Shores, located on a peaceful cul-de-sac but still less than a 1/4 mile from the nearest beach access. This 4 bedroom, 5 bath, 3200 square foot home has a pool, hot tub, two gas grilles, roomy deck space with an outdoor seating group, and two living areas - all the space you need for a comfortable and extravagant vacation in a ideal location.

Absolutely NO event groups. Family groups only. Minimum age for renters not accompanied by a family group or parent or guardian is 28 years old. (No exceptions.)

Please leave the home basically as you found it. If you broke something, please let us know in advance so we can plan to take care of it.

Pianos are NOT for guest use.

Garage is not accessible to guests.

We provide the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels. Further guest needs are the guests' responsibility.

You will be asked to sign a simple rental agreement, provide a copy of valid ID, and fill out a check-in information form as a condition of booking.
