Bourbon Beach House is a newly constructed oceanside home in Kitty Hawk with fresh finishes and one-of-a-kind bespoke touches you won't find in your average vacation rental. The reverse floorplan features a top-level great room with pretty wood floors, a shiplap fireplace and direct access to the deck for effortless indoor/outdoor living. The casual, open-concept design accepts for simple flow and sightlines from the living area to the eat-in kitchen, ideal for socializing and spending quality time with family and friends. The chef in your group will savor the gourmet kitchen's sizable island and high-end appliances including a Bosch refrigerator, Viking range and microwave drawer, and even a wine refrigerator! The primary suite is also located on the top level and includes a spa-like private bath. Luxurious upgrades include a bespoke walk-in shower with three shower heads and a separate soaker tub. Three additional bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including a second ensuite with deck access, along with a roomy den that can serve as a second living area.
Downstairs. you'll find a bourbon-themed rec space with bar, full size refrigerator and a bespoke whisky barrel wall that will get happy hour started anytime of the day. It's conveniently located right off the pool area, along with a half bath. After a day at the beach, the outdoor fun can continue in the backyard. Take a dip in the saltwater pool or a calming soak in the hot tub. Use the tiki bar and constructed-in grille for poolside drinks and cookouts. The barefoot-friendly grass and completely enclosed fencing is ideal for kids. In the evenings, gather around the firepit while planning the next day's adventures.
Getting to the beach will be a breeze, with just a three-min. walk to the Hawks Street public access. Bourbon Beach House is conveniently located at milepost 3.5, so you'll be just a short drive from some of Kitty Hawk's most trendy eateries including Black Pelican, Rundown Cafe and Jimmy's Seafood Buffet. You can even leave the car at home and take a walk along the beach road to Art's Place for drinks on the rooftop bar with ocean view.

About the Area
Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach.
