This 3 level townhouse is designed with a modern interior. The ground floor is the garage and entrance. The next floor has both bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom includes a private deck. The top floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen; it includes a half-bath, a pantry and a second deck with striking ocean vistas.
This is a townhouse unit. You have access to the whole place.

Sea Dunes is in the heart of Kitty Hawk, at the 4.5 mile post. This area is home to some of the best eateries locally.
Sea Dunes is located at the 4.5 mile post, between Highway 158 and North Virginia Dare Trail. Our unit has parking for 2-3 cars.
About the Area
Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental budget:
- Summer is the most expensive season in the Kitty Hawk area. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
